If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you can exchange the product within the first two weeks for another one of equal or lesser value. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. As such, the return policy does not apply to stickers placed on windows, as those cannot be restocked for resale. In case of sticker wear - it will be up to Rev Happy Productions' discretion to replace products in case of unreasonable wear due to quality issues.
Photoshoots are non-refundable, and once purchased, shoots will be planned between the photographer and client based on mutual availability. If something comes up, it is up to the client to contact the photographer no less than 48 hours before the photoshoot day to reschedule the shoot. If the client fails to notify the photographer at least 48 hours before the shoot, their photoshoot will be pushed to the back of the queue of shoots, and it will be the photographers decision as to when the shoot will take place. If the client fails to notify the photographer at least 48 hours before the shoot, their car may be used as a camera car during on the day their shoot is rescheduled to.
Rev Happy Productions guarantees that our photographers will edit and release each client's photo set no later than one calendar month after the shooting date. There will be a up to three photos per client released as "teasers" over the first week after the shoot. Please refrain from repetitively contacting the photographer for your photos as they are probably working on them as you're typing. Art takes time, as does quality.
